Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Virginia
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and physician plans
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance
