Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care in a 106-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting. You will monitor resident conditions, administer medications, and ensure care plans are followed with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island RN license (unencumbered).
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care per standards and physician plan of treatment.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
