Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards and the physician’s plan.
• Implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
