Hampden Post Acute, a 135-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility, is hiring an LPN. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with daily pay and competitive hourly wages from $34 to $43, all-inclusive.

Join our team and deliver compassionate nursing care under the Marquis Health system. Requirements include MA LPN licensure and BLS/CPR certification, with strong clinical judgment and the ability to care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Current, active LPN license in MA.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care per plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow individualized care plans by Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and treatments per POC and policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and regulations.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
