The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for our 109-bed skilled nursing facility in St. Petersburg, FL. The role offers competitive pay, Daily Pay options, and immediate openings to support long-term and rehabilitative care needs.

Expect rotating shifts with holiday/weekend coverage and a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. Walk-in interviews are daily from 10 AM to 3 PM (except Thursdays).

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a basic education program in professional nursing.
• A minimum of one year medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long-term care setting (acute/critical care preferred).
• Must possess a current Registered Nurse license in state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Works using the Nurse Practice Act, facility policies and procedures, and sound nursing judgment.
• Assesses, plans and evaluates nursing care for patients/residents in long-term and rehabilitation care.
• Delivers nursing care and implements the patient/resident plan of care.
• Directs and supervises care provided by other nursing personnel.
• Maintains documentation accuracy and confidentiality.
