Job summary

Elmhurst Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rhode Island is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Compensation ranges from $38 to $55 per hour, with a $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and daily pay options.

RNs provide skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications, and follow individualized care plans while ensuring infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Rhode Island.
• BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards and POC.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
