Join Hampden Post Acute as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Hampden, MA. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with daily pay and competitive pay rates from $40 to $49 per hour, all inclusive.

You will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, and ensure care plans are followed with compassion and professionalism. Qualified candidates have MA RN licensure, BLS certification, and strong assessment and documentation skills to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN license.
• BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and care plans.
• Follow care plans from Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents, report changes to clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
