Job summary

Qualifications

• NY State RN License in good standing required.
• 1‑2 years clinical experience, preferably in an OPWDD, mental health, or related setting required.
• Sufficient computer skills to operate email, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic health records platforms required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and supervision of medical care.
• Collaborate with clinical and ancillary staff to promote health and safety.
• Ensure all medical appointments, tests, and lab work are completed as required.
