Job summary

Serene Nursing Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in long-term care facilities in the Greater Seattle area. You will work various shifts, collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and ensure care aligns with standards of care, policies and procedures.

The role requires a current state RN license, at least one year of experience preferred, ability to supervise CNAs, and flexibility with scheduling.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state license required.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred.
• Must be able to work any shift and be flexible with scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and assists with care for patients as needed.
• Performs patient care assignments to staff on duty.
• Supervises CNA staff and ensures care delivered by nursing staff.
• Obtains and administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Communicates patient information and safety issues to supervisor and physicians.
