Qualifications

• Current NH Registered Nursing licensure is required.
• Certifications: Current BLS/CPR training.
• Prior work experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Epic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the nursing process in person, by telephone triage, and via telehealth.
• Assess patient needs, plan outcomes, intervene, and evaluate progress.
• Administer prescribed medications, vaccines, and treatments; collect specimens.
• Educate patients on self-management and health nutrition based on care plans.
