Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care to residents, using the nursing process and collaborating with families and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

This flexible 36-hour-per-week position requires availability across shifts and weekends, with a premium wage and opportunities for shift differentials and weekend incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practice state.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform resident assessment, education and various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
