Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN provides individualized nursing care using the full nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across preventive, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment phases.

This flex, 36-hour-per-week role requires availability for all shifts, including every other weekend and holidays.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the State.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process for residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, education, and various nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
