Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC, seeks a licensed Registered Nurse for the 4T Surgery unit, first shift. Responsibilities include delivering nursing care per the medical plan of care and coordinating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, SRH policies and standards of care.
• Coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicates findings to appropriate person(s).
• Serves as a resource person for SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues.
• Performs other job related duties as requested by Supervisor or Department Director.
