Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse for 4T Surgery, First Shift (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) with every-other-weekend coverage. The role provides and documents professional nursing care following the medical plan of care and SRH policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with other professionals, communicating findings, and serving as a resource for nursing staff. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and SC RN licensure are required; RN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• Preferred: Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) to provide and document professional nursing care per medical plan of care.
• Coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicates findings to appropriate person(s).
• Serves as a resource for SRH/nursing staff to resolve work-related issues.
• Performs other job related duties as requested by Supervisor or Department Director.
