Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join the Operating Room team at Lakeland Hospital St Joseph. The RNFA collaborates with surgeons and nursing staff, providing perioperative care and advanced anatomy and physiology knowledge to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires CNOR or equivalent certification, BLS and ACLS within specified timeframes, and completion of a recognized RNFA program.

Qualifications

• RNFA with perioperative nursing knowledge and collaboration across health team
• BLS and ACLS certification within required timeframe
• CNOR or equivalent RNFA credential preferred or required
