Blessing Health System is hiring an RN FIRST ASSIST or SURGICAL TECH FIRST ASSIST/SURGICAL ASSISTANT for the operating room. This full-time, day-shift position offers a leadership role in care planning and direct perioperative nursing care in a high-volume setting.
The RNFA/STFA role carries competitive compensation, up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance for moves over 50 miles. Medical benefits and generous PTO are included through the Total Rewards plan.

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assessing patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan of care provided by the nursing team and providing technical nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations.
This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.
