Henry Ford Health is seeking an RN First Assist to join the Operating Room team at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. The role involves assisting surgeons intraoperatively, supporting perioperative care, and helping maintain an efficient OR environment.
Qualified candidates will hold a Michigan RN license, CRNFA certification, RNFA or CSFA training, and BLS. CNOR is preferred. This is a full-time, day-shift, on-site position in Macomb County, MI.

Role Overview
As an RN First Assist (RNFA), you will work under the supervision of the operating room surgeon to assist in performing safe surgical procedures. Collaborating with the healthcare team, you’ll ensure optimal patient care before, during, and after surgery. Your expertise will directly support surgeons, enhance team efficiency, and improve patient outcomes in a fast-paced surgical setting.
