Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Michigan is seeking a Team Lead RN for the Operating Room at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. You will coordinate daily OR staff activities, serve as a liaison between surgeons, staff, and management, and provide guidance to team members to support excellent patient care.

The role requires a nursing degree, Michigan RN licensure, and 2–3 years of acute care experience; BSN and AORN membership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Two to three (2-3) years of relevant acute care nursing experience.
• Current licensure by the State of Michigan as a registered nurse.
• BSN preferred.
• Member of AORN organization preferred.

• Serve as a liaison between surgeons, operating room staff, and management.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
