The VIOS Clinic seeks an experienced RNFA to provide intra-operative support in ambulatory surgery centers, collaborating with surgeons and healthcare staff during procedures. You will perform pre-operative assessments and assist with instruments and techniques.

Additionally, you will ensure sterile techniques, support post-operative transfer and care, and manage room setup, patient positioning and equipment, maintaining safety and efficiency across surgical specialties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years intra-operative scrubbing and circulating experience.
• RNFA experience or completion of an RNFA course.
• Registered Nurse license (Oregon).
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and Nurse Operating Room.

This role provides intra-operative assistance to surgical teams in ambulatory surgery centers, collaborating with surgeons and healthcare staff during procedures.
Responsibilities include performing pre-operative assessments, assisting with surgical instruments and techniques, ensuring sterile techniques, and supporting post-operative patient transfer and care.
The position requires functioning as an RN First Assist (RNFA), managing room setup, patient positioning, and equipment, as well as maintaining safety and efficiency in surgeries.
Key Qualifications Include

• At least 2 years of intra-operative scrubbing and circulating experience
• Recent RNFA experience or completion of a recognized RNFA course
• Registered Nurse license (Oregon)
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and Nurse Operating Room

Preferred candidates have 2-5 years as an RNFA, with CRNFA certification, and the ability to assist across various surgical specialties.
