Job summary

Questpro is seeking an experienced RN Field Case Manager to support Workers' Compensation injured workers across the Milwaukee, WI Territory. This role offers a balanced workload, autonomy, and strong leadership support.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license and have 2+ years of clinical nursing experience with WC case management experience preferred. Travel within Milwaukee territory is required; a company vehicle is provided along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Two or more years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Workers' Compensation Field Case Management experience strongly preferred.
• CCM, CRRN, or other case management certification is a plus.
• Must be able to travel within the Milwaukee territory with a valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Workers' Compensation medical case management services for injured employees in the Milwaukee, WI Territory.
• Travel within an approximately 2-hour radius to attend medical appointments and meet with providers.
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, adjusters, attorneys, and other stakeholders to coordinate appropriate care.
• Develop and implement individualized case management plans that promote timely recovery and return to work.
• Ensure medically appropriate, cost-effective treatment while maintaining documentation and communication.
