Qualifications

  • At least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience required.
  • RN licensure preferred, or relevant bachelor’s degree with certifications.

We are currently considering only full-time employees.

We are seeking experienced Workers' Compensation RN Field Case Manager Nurses across multiple cities in the country to facilitate medical treatment, rehabilitation, and/or timely return to work for injured workers, and to act as a liaison among involved parties. If you are an RN with at least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience, please apply!

Primary Purpose of the Role

Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face-to-face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, progressive medical treatment, and timely return-to-work, serving as a communication link among all involved parties. While frequent travel is required, you will maintain a home-based office.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Serve as a patient advocate, supporting and coordinating care during recovery.
  • Assist injured workers in achieving recovery and independence through advocacy, communication, education, and resource identification.
  • Identify appropriate providers and facilities, ensuring timely and cost-effective resource use for optimal value.
Education and Licensing

RN licensure preferred; or a bachelor’s degree in health or human services with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. Valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.

In accordance with law, Sedgwick provides a pay range for jurisdictions requiring transparency. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, and location. For this role, the starting pay range is $78,000-$95,000 with quarterly bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, disability, life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or HSA, and voluntary benefits.
