We are seeking experienced Workers' Compensation RN Field Case Manager Nurses across multiple cities nationwide to facilitate medical treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-work processes, acting as liaisons among involved parties. If you are an RN with at least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience, please apply!
Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face-to-face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, medical treatment, and timely return-to-work, serving as a communication link among all involved parties. While frequent travel is required, you will maintain a home-based office.
We seek enthusiastic candidates who thrive in collaborative environments and are driven to deliver excellent work. The role involves:
RN licensure is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in health or human services is required, along with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. A valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are also required.

In compliance with laws requiring pay transparency, Sedgwick provides a reasonable salary range for this role, influenced by skills, experience, and location. The starting pay range is $78,000-$95,000 annually, with quarterly bonus opportunities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with matching, PTO, disability, life insurance, employee assistance, and voluntary benefits.
