We are seeking experienced Workers Compensation RN Field Case Manager Nurses across multiple cities nationwide to facilitate medical treatment/rehabilitation and support the timely return to work of injured workers, acting as a liaison among involved parties. If you are an RN with at least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience, please apply!

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face-to-face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, progressive medical treatment, and timely return-to-work, while acting as a communication liaison among all involved parties. While frequent travel is required, you will maintain a home-based office.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Supporting, guiding, and coordinating care for injured workers, families, and caregivers.
• Helping injured workers achieve recovery and independence through advocacy, communication, and education.
• Identifying appropriate providers and facilities to ensure timely, cost-effective care that maximizes value.

EDUCATION AND LICENSING:

RN licensure is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in health or human services is required, along with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. A valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are also required.

In compliance with pay transparency laws, the estimated starting pay range for this role is $78,000-$95,000, with quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, disability, life insurance, and additional voluntary benefits.
