Job summary
US Fertility in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to support Shady Grove Fertility patients, coordinating care and counseling across the patient journey. This position combines on-site responsibilities with a remote day once fully trained, offering growth within a nationally respected fertility network.
You will coordinate treatment plans, educate patients on procedures and injections, and provide compassionate support to patients and families, with a competitive compensation
Qualifications
- IVF/fertility experience and women's health background encouraged; training provided.
- Valid RN license required.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) a must.
- Strong customer service orientation and initiative.
- Minimum 1 year in a clinical RN role.
- Spanish bilingual is a plus.
- Women’s health or fertility experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate fertility patients' care and treatment plans.
- Provide patient/couple counseling.
- Educate patients on procedures and injections.
- Schedule treatments after visits.
- Coordinate treatment plans per clinical protocols.
- Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
