Job summary

US Fertility in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an RN Fertility Case Manager to join IVF Florida. The role coordinates patient care and educates patients throughout fertility treatment, from initial consult to follow-up visits.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with BLS, 1+ year of clinical RN experience, and IVF exposure; BSN preferred. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating weekends and holidays, plus a competitive benefits package.

• Fertility/IVF experience or background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks
• Proficient computer skills and ability to document care electronically

Responsibilities

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening fora RN Fertility Case Manager to join our team at IVF Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating weekends from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and rotating holidays

In this role, the RN Fertility Case Manager will:

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Teach about procedures and how to administer injections
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results, with appropriate interpretation and explanation
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• RN required; BSN preferred
• BLS certification required
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requests
