Provides comprehensive nursing care within the Mother Baby Unit, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary approach to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, adhering to practice standards and certifications such as RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality and safety at the point of care.
• Support and guide new staff through clinical education and competency validation.
• Contribute to a positive, innovative clinical environment focused on evidence-based practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved by the state board if less than 3 years’ experience.
• Valid RN licensure and relevant certifications.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
