Job summary
Consumer Directed Services Inc. seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care in a women and infants unit spanning Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, and NICU.
You will apply the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, prioritize patient wellness, and precept new staff to uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- RN licensure required.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Certifications in EFM, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery, and NICU.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
- Prioritize patient wellness and safety in all actions.
- Precept and mentor new staff.
