Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Virginia is seeking an Experienced Registered Nurse Fellow to join the Progressive Care team on a full-time day shift (7am-7pm). The role supports transition to progressive care with a 36-bed unit and cardiac telemetry monitoring, with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible nurses.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school; if ADN, BSN must be completed within 5 years.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in acute care.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required at start.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient health assessments and interpret data trends.
• Create individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered care and coordinate with the healthcare team.
• Advocate for patient rights and provide counseling as a resource.
• Document all care activities and support the care team with documentation.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise plans as needed.
• Make clinical decisions to promote clinical development of team.
