Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a registered nurse for the Clinical Decision Unit. The role is 36 hpw with a 7p-7:30a shift and rotating weekends/holidays in a high-pace telemetry setting.

The RN will assess and plan care, educate families, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe discharges and timely admissions. MA RN license and BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• 12 months of recent Acute Care RN experience preferred.
• Current telemetry experience preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, educate and document nursing care per policies and professional standards.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure safe discharge and patient care.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
