Feliheal Home Healthcare Services in Chester, NJ, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to step into the Director of Nursing (DON) role. This leadership position focuses on patient care and clinical operations within a home health setting.

The successful candidate will have an active NJ RN license, 2–3 years of nursing experience (preferably in home health), and prior supervisory experience. Knowledge of home health regulations and strong leadership abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey with strong leadership capabilities.
• Minimum 2–3 years nursing experience; home health or related setting preferred.
• Prior supervisory or Director of Nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of home health regulations, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all clinical nursing operations and patient care delivery in home health.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct patient assessments, care plan development, and monitor outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards for home health agencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for clinical personnel.
