Job summary

Feliheal Home Healthcare Services in Chester, NJ is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to assume the Director of Nursing (DON) leadership role. You will guide clinical operations and drive high-quality, patient-centered in-home care across our team.

As DON you will lead nursing staff and aides, ensure CMS and state guideline compliance, coordinate with physicians, monitor documentation, and promote continuous improvement in patient outcomes and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey (NJ)
• Previous Director of Nursing (DON) or clinical leadership experience preferred
• Experience in home healthcare or community health nursing
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and state home health guidelines
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Patient-centered, compassionate, detail-oriented

• Oversee and manage all clinical nursing operations for home healthcare services
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff and home health aides
