FELIHEAL HOME HEALTHCARE SERVICES L is seeking a passionate Director of Nursing (DON) RN to lead our clinical team in Chester, NJ. This leadership role shapes patient care quality and drives excellence across our home healthcare operations.

You will oversee clinical nursing operations, develop policies, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive QAPI initiatives to optimize patient outcomes. Strong leadership and CMS/OASIS knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey (required).
• BSN degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years nursing experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Experience in home healthcare or community health nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, state home health regulations, and OASIS documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical nursing operations and ensure delivery of patient‑centered home healthcare services.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and aides.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation regulations.
• Conduct quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and onboarding for nursing personnel.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource and escalation point for complex care.
