FELIHEAL Home Healthcare Services in Chester, NJ is urgently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to assume a Director of Nursing (DON) leadership role. Lead a dedicated home care team and drive patient outcomes in home settings.

The DON will oversee clinical nursing operations, supervise field staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate patient assessments and care plans while collaborating with physicians and therapists.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in New Jersey (NJ).
• Minimum 2–3 years in home health nursing.
• Director of Nursing (DON) or clinical supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations.
• Proficiency with clinical documentation and home health software.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license.

Requirements:
