Qualifications

• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where RN is providing client nursing services
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• BSN degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based practice to improve care.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans; collaborates with care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ensures accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
