HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Multispecialty Care team in the Emergency Department at St John’s Hospital, Springfield, IL. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on acute patient care at the bedside during night shifts, 7pm–7am, working 36 hours per week.

Required qualifications include RN licensure in the state of practice with BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as appropriate to patient population; CC RN or CEN preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's of science in nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Coordinate and perform nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Ensure patient safety and documentation in accordance with hospital policy.
