Job summary

HSHS Medical Group's St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL is seeking a part-time RN for the Emergency Department on a PRN basis.

The successful candidate will hold an IL RN license with BLS; ACLS and CCRN are preferred. BSN is preferred. The role involves delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced setting, coordinating with the care team and supporting patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Support critically ill patients and families in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

Education

Licensed in IL (state of practice)

Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Preferred

Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) - Preferred
