Job summary

Talented-Medical-Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide emergency department care for patients of all ages. You will perform rapid triage, conduct assessments, and initiate treatment protocols in critical situations, including resuscitation.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and ED or acute care experience. You will document care, educate patients, and coordinate admissions, transfers or discharges with follow-up instructions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing: Required.
• Emergency Department or acute care nursing experience: Required.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage assessment and assign acuity for patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
• Complete focused and ongoing assessments and reassessments across all age groups.
• Initiate and carry out emergency treatment protocols, including medication and IV therapy administration.
• Participate in resuscitation events, including Code Blue, stroke, sepsis and trauma activations.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and monitor patients for deterioration, escalating promptly.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and provide discharge or transfer instructions.

Job Summary

Performs rapid triage and assessment, initiates treatment protocols, and delivers care during resuscitation and other life-threatening emergencies. Prepares patients for admission, transfer or discharge with appropriate education and follow-up instruction.

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing: Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice: Required
