This travel assignment in the Emergency Department as an ER Registered Nurse offers a fast-paced environment with a focus on trauma, stroke, and mental health assessments. You will work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) over a 13-week period, providing critical care in a Level 3 Trauma Center that handles a high volume of pediatric, mental health, and substance abuse cases. Expect to perform trauma codes, moderate sedation, and specialized exams such as Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) and domestic violence assessments. The role involves operating advanced medical equipment like Nicom monitors, Lucas devices, and cardiac monitors, as well as collaborating with telehealth services including telestroke, telemental health, and interpreter support.
