Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for ER with both Emergency Room and Medical Surgical experience for a 13-week assignment on site. Role includes day and night 12-hour shifts, with a 1:4 patient ratio by day and 1:6 by night, requiring flexible scheduling and every third weekend. OB experience preferred, active RN license required, and ACLS/BLS/TNCC certifications expected.

No on-call. Candidates must be able to submit licenses timely; guaranteed hours are contracted and travel is involved;

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Emergency Room and Medical Surgical. OB experience preferred.

License: Active state RN license required (can be pending).

Description:

Position requires experience in both Emergency Room and Medical Surgical nursing.

Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and able to work both day and night shifts.

Every third weekend is required.

No on-call is required for this position.

The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4 during the day and 1:6 at night.

First-time travelers are accepted.

Candidates must have a valid state license by the time of submission.

Pending licenses may be accepted.

Local candidates are not eligible for this position.

Guaranteed hours will be contracted.

Finalized RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at the time of submission.

No RTO is allowed within the first week of the start date.

A maximum of 10 days of RTO is permitted per assignment.

The hospital provides support from interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy and social services.

Patient demographics include neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Daily census and number of rooms are managed according to hospital protocols.

Special equipment requirements and procedures may apply.

Candidates must be willing to complete required lab work and fingerprinting as per state regulations.

Travelers are expected to work holidays as needed.
