Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in the EP Lab for a 13-week assignment in Maryland. The role centers on pre- and post-procedural care for cath lab and EP patients, with a day shift of 3x12 hours.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Cath Lab/IR/EP prep and recovery, holds an active nursing license in the state, and ACLS/BLS certifications. Cerner charting experience is a plus; there is no on-call or weekend duty.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (IV, PT, rapid response) to support patient care.
  • Manage patient monitoring and safety in recovery; no on-call or weekend duty.

Description:This role requires a Registered Nurse specialized in the EP Lab.The nurse will work in a fast-paced environment focused on pre- and post-procedural care.Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Cath Lab, IR, or EP lab setting.Experience in blood product administration, cardiac telemetry, central line care, and managing cardiac drips is essential.The daily census averages between 15-30 patients in a 12-room facility.Precepting is a requirement of this position.The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams, including IV teams, physical therapy, and rapid response teams.Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage patients effectively in a recovery setting while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.There is no on-call, holiday, or weekend duty required for this position.
