Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab in Virginia. This 13‑week assignment is day shift, 10 hours per shift, with 5–6 staff per day.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform heart catheterizations and pacemaker insertions as part of cath lab procedures.
• Staff the unit with 5–6 members per shift and cover elective cases.
• Utilize Mac Lab and Philips C-arm systems; document in CPOE.

Description:This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab.The unit has a 9-bed pre and post area and one cath lab.Daily staffing consists of 5 to 6 staff members.Typically, there are 3 staff members assigned for elective cases.Equipment used includes a Mac Lab and Philips C arm.The electronic medical record system is CPOE.Typical procedures performed include heart catheterizations and pacemaker insertions.Scrubs are provided by the hospital.
