Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Endoscopy RN for an in-office role in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform endoscopy RN duties, monitor patient vitals, assist physicians, and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation in the EHR, sterilization of equipment, and maintaining a sterile field. Strong teamwork and commitment to ongoing professional development are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • RN license with current state endoscopy certification.
  • Adult/pediatric endoscopy nursing experience in procedural settings.
  • Vital signs monitoring, sedation assessment, and recovery in endoscopy suite.
  • Proficient documentation in EHR with incident reporting workflows.
  • Sterile processing, instrument handling, and sterile field maintenance.
  • Post-procedure patient education and clear aftercare instructions.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and professionalism in fast-paced environments.
  • Quality improvement participation and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Inventory management and supply utilization to optimize costs.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

  • Collaborate with team to meet departmental metrics and throughput targets.
  • Demonstrate continuous learning by staying current with endoscopy best practices and safety guidelines.
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure expectations and aftercare instructions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply utilization to optimize costs.
