Freeman Health System in Springdale, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process across assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires state licensure (compact acceptable) and BSN preferred, with Endoscopy experience preferred. Full-time, 40 hours per week, day shift, with on-call requirements during holidays and weekends. $10,000 sign-on bonus.

What You'll Do

Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Requirements

Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required

Preferred

Previous Endoscopy experience.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
