Job summary

The Springs is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Oklahoma. You will administer medications, monitor residents, take vital signs, and update care plans in collaboration with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN license.
• Up-to-date CPR certification and First Aid.
• One year (or more) of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions; notify changes.
• Take vital signs and assess residents' condition.
• Communicate changes to families and physicians; update care plans.
