Job summary

Intuitive Health in Frisco, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 7p–7a shift. Weekend and holiday coverage is required. The RN will deliver patient-focused care in a freestanding ED setting, using critical thinking and teamwork to support safe, efficient patient flow.

The role requires TX RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS, with a minimum of 2 years of ED experience. A $15K sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS are required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
• At least 2 years’ experience as an RN in an Emergency Department setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-focused nursing care of the acutely ill or injured patient.
• Triages and prioritizes patient care based on acuity level.
• Works collaboratively with other disciplines to provide well-coordinated patient care.
• Maintains compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory standards.
• Attends unit meetings and participates in staff development.
