Job summary

Baylor University Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Dallas, TX. The role involves fast-paced ED care and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates with minimum 2 years RN ED experience and relocation assistance for eligible candidates relocating 50+ miles.

Qualifications

• RN with ED experience and active license.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• External candidates may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a minimum of 2 years RN ED experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and support staff to coordinate care.
• Participate in shift rotations, including nights, and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
