Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required; entry-level applicants will not be considered.
• ADN or ASN degree from an approved nursing program.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills.
• Previous ER experience preferred.

Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse | Tulsa, OK

Job Summary The ER Registered Nurse I provides safe, compassionate patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care using the nursing process in accordance with hospital and emergency department standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, prioritize, and provide nursing care based on patient clinical, age, cultural, and psychosocial needs.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, progress, and outcomes using appropriate medical terminology.
• Identify patient needs, address problems, and evaluate progress toward established goals.
• Provide patient education and facilitate appropriate discharge planning and referrals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications

Valid Oklahoma or multistate RN license.

BLS required.

ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
