Job summary

AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department night shift in Tulsa, OK. This direct-hire role offers a starting pay and a relocation bonus for eligible candidates living 71+ miles away.

The ER RN will assess patients, develop care plans, monitor progress, document care, and coordinate with physicians in fast-paced emergencies. Oklahoma RN licensure and BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience.
• ADN or ASN degree required.
• Valid Oklahoma or Multistate RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, act quickly, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency room patients by assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.

• Pay: Starting at $33.15/hour

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency room patients by assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring patient progress, documenting care, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. You' ll help patients and families navigate the care process while responding effectively to changing and urgent clinical situations.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience
• Trauma 1 experience preferred
