Job summary

Trinity Health's Grand Haven Hospital is seeking a dedicated Emergency Registered Nurse for night shifts to provide holistic, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

You will document health data, collaborate with patients and families to develop individualized care plans, and evaluate progress to achieve the best outcomes. This role includes 12-hour shifts, 24 hours per week, and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Michigan (BSN preferred).
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS (within 6 months of hire).
• TNCC (within 12 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, patient-centered care by collecting and documenting health data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families.
• Evaluate and document patient progress to ensure the best outcomes.
• Be a vital part of a team that values communication, trust, and mutual respect.

What You’ll Need:
