Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN for the Night Shift in the Marana Emergency Department (6350 Marana Center Blvd).

This full-time role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible, experienced RNs and a robust benefits package including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and loan repayment support. You will provide patient-centered care with a strong team, manage emergencies, and support continuous improvement in care delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of RN Emergency Department experience required.
• Active RN license in applicable state.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR and code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
